Spawner plugin broken needs restart or something

Spawners can be placed but if broken just revert back to where they were no message (have rank so not the issue) and there numbers don't change (not sure where i should put this it isn't a bug)

Only SkyVip+ can break spawners so if you have a lower rank it can be the reason.

nah as a i mentioned im high enough rank but turned out it was an enchant conflict XD (assuming telepathy) Natty_Sword helped me solve it last night
