Spawn Area Mob Farm Bug

So I was playing factions the other day and as being new I was exploring the spawn area and the different warps. In the mob farm warp or the farm at spawn, there I am unable to kill any of the mobs and it says "Sorry, but you can't harm that here". Is this intentional or a bug?

That is a bug, as you should be allowed to hit those mobs. Please report below.
