So I am new to the game, and I was wondering how to get a water bucket because you cant buy it from the shop, and I'm finding it hard to get water. If someone can tell me, that would be great

I've reviewed your post and here's my response.

Question.
How can I obtain water? It's not available in /shop.

Answer.
As MrBeastAlan has stated,​

You can purchase ice from the Shop. Once you've done that, place the ice and once it's melted it will turn into water. You'll have to repeat this process twice to get 2 buckets of water then you can simply create a 4x4 and place the water on opposite sides which will create an infinite water source.
