SkyWars Bug (I didn't knew if i should report it in the Bug section)

This wierd "bug" appears, i don't know if i should call it a bug but its really game breaking. I know that my teammates are with green names and enemy with red but these are white are they neutral? Maybe they are some kind of bots from the anti-cheat(if there is one) but the point is we can't win with these. This happend a bunch of times, we even jumped off to see if they can win but the game just kept going. I would appreciate some help from the staff team.

The white named people are the spectators/NPC’s inside your game.

I see the NPCs all the time, but it lets me win. Weird.
