Skyblock kick to spawn

Hey can someone help me
So i started to play like 7 days ago and after typing /msg to my friend i get kick to spawn like i just joined server it annoys me a lot

Hello, If you are lagging in the server, it might be one of these things:

#1. Your internet - Your internet might not be strong enough to send and receive data packets.
#2. Your client - Your client might be having some errors(try Lunar, Laby, Badlion).
#3. Server lag - Sometimes, server can be lagging.
#4. Game version - Jartex is made to play on 1.8.9 for most game modes except Survival, Creative.
#5. Jartex IP - Try changing the Jartex IP.
