add a /skin set <name> command to change players skin​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

The people may get bored seeing steve and alex and leave the server.​

Thank you for your interest in JartexNetwork by creating a suggestion for the network. After reviewing your suggestion, I have decided to deny it. This decision was taken, due to the following reason(s):​

• This was a thing back then, but it was removed due to other reasons. The only reason i know or heard was that due to people changing their skins to something inappropriate, as the community is mostly cracked users.
