Solved Global Skin showing up as a steve skin?

Its been like, what? Three years since ive been on jartex network? Bought the actual minecraft a year or so ago,I wish it would let me turn the "Leanna18" on here into my current user.. But anyways, I just got onto jartex network for the first time in awhile, And my skin is the default, Steve skin, And i see other people have their normal skins.. What am i doing wrong??

When you go on minecraft.net, reset your skin and attach the skin you already have again. I did this before and it worked perfectly fine for me.
