Solved Global Other Skin Isnt there (only on Jartex not on other servers) what should i do?

So in short my friend just got Minecraft Pemium and his skin isnt showing up he instead got the alex skin what can we do 2 fix it?

Depends when you changed your skin. Skin change can take up to 24 hours on Jartex.

it usually takes upto 2 hours as i was told by the owner.
