Description:

/shout would be a command for only ranked players that when you do /shout {text} you can write a text with any color you want and bolded so you can tell your important things easier to make people look and read that. But to avoid people chatting in that mode there shouldbe a like 5 mins cool down for that.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
