Solved Lobby Server Password glitched

Hey Jartex staff, So back in 2020 I was unable to log into the server because of some odd glitch, I was then banned for hacking even though I couldn't even log into the server. Anyway! I was unbanned 2 years later, but my password doesn't work.
I have moved to a different location, so my IP is not the same. any way I can get some assistance on that?
I cant go with the traditional password change request as my IP is not the same as it was 2 years ago.

IPs are not the only thing they ask for,
They can even ask you for things like your alts, your transactions which also help in recovery
Even though you dont have old IPs, I will still suggest you to go with the reset request

Also am not sure about this but you may provide your old ISP's location/name in extra information box
(for ex. AT&T, main Street, NYC),
which they can then verify from the IP they have got stored
DO NOT share your Identity, IPs or location with anyone,
unless someone from the management team (Owners, Manager, Sr.Mods) is asking for it.
