You must have turned off scoreboard in player settings

If thats not the problem, then theres also one bug existing which doesnt show scoreboard sometimes while ingame, however it happens very rarely and is already reported.

Not to forget you may have disabled it from your minecraft client too, like badlion which allows you to remove scoreboard.
