Salwyrr has a known bug that falsely flags JartexNetwork's anticheat, after talking with Salwyrr's developer, it does not seem possible to fix, the issue only affects a small portion of users, and is not replicable even with identical settings. If your hitreg is awful, you may want to consider switching to forge or another client.
If your hitreg is normal, do not worry, we do not believe Salwyrr client has anything built in that would make it against JartexNetwork, so you can continue to use Salwyrr.
Here is a video of the hitreg I'm talking about:

If you are switching to forge, here are some mods I recommend: (can't post download links though )
Optifine - Increases performance
Patcher - Increases performance, bug fixes, misc features
Labymod - Labymod contains dozens of mods, and is basically a client, if you use it, you probably won't need any mods below.
5zig - Alternative to Labymod, you won't need any below mods either.
Block Overlay - Ability to customise the outline when looking at a block
Chroma HUD - Allows showing misc info on your screen (i use its potion display only)
Keystrokes - Show CPS, keys and mouse buttons pressed, sneaking, jumping, ping on screen.
Perspective Mod - Adds a new perspective similar to third person, except you can move your mouse to look at things without your minecraft character moving their head.
TimeChanger - Allows you to change your personal time (useful if your resource pack has a bad day/night sky)
ToggleSprint
Replay Mod - Allows you to record everything that happens in your game, and view it at a later date (good for reporting cheaters / making montages, this is completely different from something like OBS though)
