Yeah why have the punishment for each offense listed when "staff" do whatever punishment they want. Very first mute for swearing, for anything and I got a 24 hour mute. One swear word, just one. Global rules states that a third offense is a 24 hour offense. FIRST offense is a warning. never got a warning, not even an hour. Yest when I provided proof of what they other player said to me that was worse and had more swear words, chat report was denied.

You never got a warning because someone reported you. There is a reason why your report got denied, you can read it. It doesn't really matter how many swear words you said, it does matter if you say it towards others or not.
