Solved Rules for mute / ban?

Hello, it is I, lordmirage again. I have been wondering if there was a clear page for mute / ban policies. It seems sort of a "gray area" in factions with the rule that trash talking is allowed. Recently, I had been muted for 24 hours for calling a player "autistic" some time ago and it was a hassle to deal with. However, I took it as a learning experience and decided to wait it out. I then see another player use the exact same vocabulary and I fill out a form here on the forums on it - https://jartexnetwork.com/forum/threads/appie112s-report.34384/#post-95570 (I am not sure if it is visible to certain people). It was then rejected because of the rule that trash-talking on factions is allowed. Is there some sort of condition that defines this mute policy? Or could it depend on the person issuing the punishment? Thanks.

I am sorry, but players cannot see your reports. As I said in the rejection, trash-talking is allowed on Factions. Keep in mind that there are limits, as you are not allowed to swear with diseases, or be racist in any kind. In nearly all cases, the staff member that overviews the offence decides the strengt of the punishment. I hope that this does give you a better explanation about how the factions chat rules work.
