Next time if you faced another rule breaker make sure to record him as evidence to report on forums https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/player-reports.106/. You can also invite online staff members into Party and warp them into ur game and let them handle that rule breaker or if none staff member is online so use /report <name> command.
