add buycrart rewards for the top 3 team every 2 weeks:

Top 1: 30$ buycraft
Top 2: 20$ buycraft
Top 3: 10$ buycraft​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It will bring more people to the kitpvp community and it will make the game more competitive and fun​
