Solved Reward for top 10 clan of beta season not distributed

Jartex site annouced that top 10 clans in beta season will be getting a special reward which will be maually distributed by staff but its 15 days since the end of beta season and none of the top 10 clan have got any prize.
My clan grinded really hard only for this reward and came #6, I hope staff still hastn forgotten about this as we wouldn't have grinded much as #6 gets same rewards as #50 and requires 80% less trophies.
None of the mods or devs are responding on discord hence made it a thread on community assistance.
Hope we get some solution on it.
