Resource world for the Survival Nether​

Suggestion Details:

The nether in general is full of excess blocks and every fortress is destroyed. the resource Nether would do the same as the resource over world by cleaning up any excess blocks and resetting ores and structures, so everyone has a fair chance at loot and ore.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

it would allow new players to get access to some ores or other things you wouldn't be able to find in the normal nether. i have had trouble in finding certain items in the nether as most of the nether has been ransacked and littered with excess blocks.​
