Resource pack enabled, but won't download.

Just as the title says, I have the resource pack enabled but it won't download it. I've tried reconnecting to the server several times like it says to but the resource pack still refuses to download. I've done a bit of searching online and can't find it online to be able to manually download and install it. I can get into the survival world without it but I'm not sure if it's okay for me to play without the pack. I don't see any reason why I can't play it with just vanilla textures but I don't want to assume it's fine and get kicked or something for it. If there is any way to download the pack and install it manually please let me know, at the very least let me know if it's fine to play with the vanilla mc textures.

well that sucks... They should really make it available for manual download.

If you are able to join without the pack, then there shouldn't be a problem. The pack itself is fully vanilla apart from the crate keys and crates (at spawn).

As Pingging(Flexier) said above, there isn't a way to manually download the pack itself.
