Solved Forums reseting a password without a email

hi i am trying to get my password but for some reason every time i type my password it says wrong password. And when i type /resetpassword it says i need a email which i didn't add. My IGN is Fizzy___

If this is your first time joining Jartex, this means that someone has already used your username and registered a Jartex account with that name. In this case you need to use another name to create a Jartex account with, as the other one is already in use.​
