Description:

Add a report command so it's easier to report players in-game if you think they're hacking or saying mutable stuff in chat

// Hacker Report
/report <player> <reason> - Then, it get's put in a queue of hacker/rule breakers reports where staff can view them and check their logs to see if they've bypassed the Anti-Cheat

// Chat Report
/cr <player> - Then, it get's put in a queue of chat reports where staff can view them and check their text history in the past 12 hours and see if they've said anything mutable​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Will make it easier to report rule breakers and chat breakers​
