I Decided to give your suggestion a -1 because:

The one that jartex has now is way more efficient since you can explain what the cheater/rule breaker has been doing if its not clear, you can post proof, etc etc, and with this one you'd just be able to do /report (username) which could be a false report and could be used to troll. This one is much easier for the staffs to know who is cheating and who is not.
