I want to report someone called Pufiks, he stole my account, I was on my account, then I leaved server, when I was back, he was on my account, and changed password, now he is selling my items

Unfortunately, we cannot punish a player without a clear evidence of them breaking the rules of the server; however, I highly recommend you make a password reset ticket; here. Keep in mind that all your information in that ticket are highly protected and dealt with trusted people.
