Remove Pearl cooldown in Warzone​

Suggestion Details:

Remove the pearl cooldown in the spawn warzone and actually add a new /warp pvp, when the pearl cooldown is actually enabled.
Let me elaborate, there is a 13s pearl cooldown in spawn warzone whenever you're in combat, which I want removed and create a new /warp pvp warzone instead of the spawn warzone where the 13s pearl cooldown is enabled (nothing to do with RTP, leave RTP as it is)​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

New players can achieve publicity. Okay so, whenever a new player finally gets stacked in items, he goes to spawn warzone to get kills but in the warzone there are a lot of teams who can easily kill the new player. So the new player has to run but he can't cause of the pearl cooldown, so he dies, and he quits, and to make that otherwise, the pearl cooldown needs to be removed from spawn, so that new players can get to socialize, achieve publicity in spawn.​

Pearls without cooldown will be the same as using elytra in combat, to run.
That's why elytra in combat doesn't work anymore, when someone gets close to dying, he can elytra away and he's gone, the same goes for pearls.
