What is the suggestion about?

Remove /fix hand Cooldown​

Description:

Remove /fix hand cooldown so players can fix faster without using exp, in my opinion exp should be only for enchants not for fixing armor​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

It's easier,cost nothing if you a ranked player and if you not a ranked player you can use /repairer for fixing​
