Registration Cooldown​

Description:

Ok So, Yesterday I saw someone creating alts and advertising in different forums using different accounts.
So, if we added a cooldown when registered, they have to wait a cooldown of 15 minutes or 30 minutes before they can post public threads, we can avoid these.
But they should still be able to post in private sub-forums like gameplay reports, staff feedback and bug reports.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Helps avoiding people who advertise and create alts for it​

Well they still make bot accounts and they will wait 15 mins and post it again lol.

Mostly they are bots, they all have same age (41) and similar names

i mean les be honest all the hackers and advertisers have no patience although they might afk with bots overnight if they do it manually at some point hes gonna throw his pc for losing patience +1 xd
