What is the suggestion about?

reducing the cooldown of forum reactions (under suggestions)​

Description:

reduce the cooldown of replying to post because I want to go through the latest suggestions but I have to wait 60 seconds between a reply so I sit there waiting those 60 seconds.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

people will be more active on the forums because they don't have to wait 60 seconds for every reply.​

yeah to like 20 or 30 seconds
