Reduce the ClearLagg in Bedwars

Hi Jartex,

I have been a member of your server for the past 3 months. I enjoy playing bedwars on your server.

But, I want the server to improve on some things

1) Reduce ClearLagg
2) Introduce the feature where when the person dies their stuff gets transferred to the person who killed him
