Redirect Bedwars Compass to Pika (Pika merge)
Suggestion Details:
The server has seen a huge decline in players for the bedwars minigame, with many people quitting overall.
The recent change for solo game mode to have 4 players maximum is an indicator to this, which just makes it unappealing for many players to return to it. Duos is also lacking in player count, restricting options on how people want to play.
Another thing about the 4 players solo is that it requires a whole different game strategy, which many are unwilling to adapt to. Lack of players in a game will make it boring, slow paced, and the maps are too big for solo.
My suggestion:
when selecting bedwars in the hub compass, redirect it to join Pika Network’s bedwars server & transfer ranks, stats, and cosmetics, like how practice was merged with pika.
The key difference: unlike how practice was removed from the compass in Jartex, the bedwars option should remain as a redirect to Pika.
Minor suggestion:
guild trophy system (what jartex players are familiar with), with an option for guild admins to enable trophies, which would let pika players choose if they want to be in a competitive guild system or not.
Minor suggestion 2:
Introduce popular Jartex maps into the Pika map rotation.
The result:
A boosted Pika player count, a more active community, and a chance for two sides of both servers to connect. This would also be more fun as 8 player solo games would return, which most players prefer and are familiar with. It is a big push for developers, but in the long term will require less maintenance, saving costs to keep the server running.
Please take this into serious consideration, as Jartex Bedwars is inevitably losing players, and thebrecent changes to keep Jartex Bedwars active is completely backfiring.
Kind regards,
