Prison Redeemed perm luna voucher on prison while already seasonal luna

Hey so I got a seasonal lunatic voucher on prison a week ago and today I did a buycraft trade for a permanent lunatic voucher with a player, but after redeeming it other players told me since I was already seasonal that I'm technically not going to have lunatic rank next season. I have video proof of the trade I did for the voucher and I don't know how I was expected to know this would be the case so I'm hoping someone on the staff team will be able to help me out. Maybe someone can check the logs to see the server issuing the command to me, I'm not sure. Thanks.

Hello betm4n,

There's a suggestion that has been accepted, that if you have a redeemed Seasonal Voucher and want to overlap a Permanent Voucher in it, It will work.

You can try making a video of it redeeming the Permanent Voucher and wait for the season to end if it doesn't work next season you can present your Video and use it as an evidence to get your Lunatic Rank back.
