Solved Reaction Score?

I recently learned a lot things about jartex and got more interested.But now I found something like Reaction Score!
Idk what it is and I needed assistance on it.Please help me if you know what it is.

Reaction score is nothing special. It depicts how much love or hate you get I guess. For example liking someone's message adds 1 to their overall reaction score. You get the point you know, and you can depict what is a postive reaction and what a negative reaction is hopefully.

Yes, As maulik1112 said, reaction score is nothing but just the score for reactions added to your posts or threads.
Depending on the reaction they give, your score will increase or decrease
For example,
reaction makes your reaction score up while, reaction decreases your reaction score.
You may also get various trophies and badges while getting more reaction score!
