Hello,
I have purchased a very expensive rank(Nether) back in the day when this server was formerly known as wal-craft,
which costs around 200 Euros which in my country costs RM900 , soon the server changed to mcgamerzone which im glad to see that my rank is
still there i don't remember the rank though (it was purple) and today, i finally replayed minecraft and saw mcgamerzone
changed to Jartexnetwork, and currently i dont have my rank. Even if it is intentional or not atleast can i get a refund or
something? paying 200 Euros for a limited time stuff wasn't worth my money
