hey so i got seasonal skydonor rank and i got a rankup. is the skyvip perm?

You can not upgrade from seasonal ranks to permanent rank. In case you want to do a rank upgrade , you need to have a permanent rank for this to work, otherwise it would lead to unwanted outcomes.

Unfortunate, seasonal will no longer successfully upgrade your rank, if you're current rank is seasonal, unless your previous rank is permanent.
