Forums Rank upgrade problem

I got an iron rank for 1,000 iron and today I wanted to upgrade it to a gold rank using the 2,000 iron I got from voting but it gave me this error and I still show up as an iron rank.

Point to be noted I don't see any transaction ID and I don't have a transaction email, thus submitting a payment issue on the forum won't work, so please don't send me a link to a payment issue forum
