/rank up does not work

am trying to rankup i have 500 pig heads and xp needed but it still does not let me rank up it says u don't have enough heads i bought the heads and i thought that i should grind them to rankup then i bought a 2 spawners and it is still the same it tells me i need 493 more heads and my ingame username is : slumpy123

You need to right click the heads, they get into your /heads inventory, the 500 pig heads need to be in that inventory
