I bought a rank transfer from the store yesterday and have no idea on how it works if someone can help me that will be greatly appreciated.

Hello Again!

For your Minecraft Username, do the ign of the Minecraft account you bought the rank transfer on, in your case, the new account
As your Platform, do "Global".
Your Transaction ID should be the one you got in your email
Then input the date when you bought the rank transfer
Put in the email you used to buy it
Then in the "Issue" Section, explain that this is a Rank Transfer

In your evidence I suggest sending a picture of your email saying you bought it

Hello JIm if you need any help of that kind i am sure the staff team could help you.Try to message a sr.mod on discord if you are having any problems.
