Hallo i already had Knight rank and today i won by Crate as well.i recently used it,nothing happened of course.i need your help to return that voucher for my friend i need that.hope you will help me.we shouldnt use ranks when we got it already,please return my rank back

Jartex does not refund used/lost items

Can relate. Has happened to me before.
But the thing is Jartex cannot confirm if you actually won it vote crates or if you are lying
And on top of that even if you have proof you won it like a recording of you using it by accident, jartex cannot refund you those items. It is literally there in their TOS

So maybe next time be a little careful lol
