Hai, I remember reading somewhere that the store doesn't support name changes, so does that mean once you change your name you lose your ranks or is there a way to get them back?

Jartex does not support name changing. This means if you change your name, you will loose ranks, items and stats. Stats ans Items will not be returned, however you can buy a rank transfer on the store to transfer your ranks.
