Solved Rank missing

I swear I spent like fckn $400 on a rank on this server. I recently migrated my account to microsoft. Username is now HawaiiRock

When changing your username on JartexNetwork, you lose all your progress including statistics, ranks and anything that can be saved to your account.

You are able to change your username back to what it was previously in order to claim your items back.​
