Rank/Command/Gkit suggestion​

Suggestion Details:

In prison right now, you can't stack a command voucher or a rank. So for example, when I have a seasonal fix command voucher, I can't use a permanent fix command voucher. I suggest that Jartex allow players to use permanent vouchers to replace the seasonal ones.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

I would feel more likely to play if my command can be kept until next season.​
