Solved Rank colours not working for me

I am level 21 and I have selected the level 20 reward which is the yellow rank colour. I clicked on it and it says you have already claimed this reward but when I send a message in chat, my rank colour is not visible, its just the default gray. Can anyone help me out please?

maybe try restarting ur Minecraft orrr report this issue as a bug they'll probably solve this

If you selected your level colour in lobby and still if didnt work then just disconnect and reconnect and if still didnt work then report it as a bug at here:- https://jartexnetwork.com/form/18/select

did you... you know, select it? head on over to your hotbar, select the playerhead, click on the lobby settings (comparator), then select "level colour" (exp bottle)
