hey i had a elite rank and opend some keys and got noble rank from a crate then I was selling the noble rank cuzz i already had elite then I accidentally redeemed it and now my elite rank is gone. i hope there is a wy to get my elite rank back.

edit: i also lost pv 3 and 4 whit alot of gear but idk if i get it back when i get my rank back

Hello i am the Brother of qktu zo i am gonna try it. my brother had elite rank and he was lucky enough to get a noble rank from the votekey. But he already had elite so he tried to sell it with [item] when he had the noble rank in his hand he used the noble rank by accident and lost his elite rank. bc of this he also lost his pv (private vaults).

this is all the prove i can get this is my loggs with him from 2 days ago were he stil had the elite rank. there was also a moderator online when it happend but i forgot his name and sadly i cant find it in my loggs

Thats not enough proof as anyone could fake that. You need in game evidence of getting the rank.

Could your brother possibly have used a Seasonal Elite Rank?

If so, then it might have been removed due to the new Factions Gamemode starting?

Just make a bug report with this and hopefully it gets fixed
