Random guys sending images and links problem​

Suggestion Details:

I have seen a lot of random guys join jartex discord, sends images of fake free money (and similar) or discord links.​

The people are very annoying for both staff and members.​

So i think that there should be a bot that would fix this problem.​

1. Just joined into discord members, not linked in game account members, or non donator member would not be able ​

to send images, discord links etc.​

2. Because normal people does not really even send such things, i think such feature can be disabled (not allowing to send images, links at all).​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

Random people would not annoy staff and members​

Token logged members are also of donators, and are very hard to spot until they actually send it. Also prohibiting images in chat makes them turn into a link. We don't want to bot filtering out random people.
