Are raid farms allowed on Jartex Lifesteal?

Hey I its_a_kiwi ! Hope you are in the best of your health.

In every server raid farms are allowed so of course in jartex network it is allowed but it cant be made because pillagers dont spawn.

Raid farms are disabled, as pillager spawning and the raid feature gamerules have been turned off by devs.

This raid farm probably does not work because of normal difficulty modes and one mob does not spawn again in a chunk
