Hello. I've been started playing factions for the first time on Jartex. And after some hours of playing I got confused for these few things:
1. How do Harvester Hoe which I got from starter kit works?
2. Why in the /warp mobfarm cow spawners doesn't work?
3. How can I buy Chunk Booster?

1. How do Harvester Hoe which I got from starter kit works?

If you hit cane/custom crops it will automatically put the things you grinded in your inventory.

2. Why in the /warp mobfarm cow spawners doesn't work?

It stopped working due to mobs being disabled in the warzone as people kept bringing horses into it.

3. How can I buy Chunk Booster?

/transfer or /f shop

The crops will only get transferred to your inventory if the crop is fully grown.If you still thinks it's being glitchy then report it
