Unfortunately no, your rank won't be moved, because Jartex is cracked server. You will be able to log in on your old account (using cracked client like TLauncher or Labymod) where you already have rank.

If you are premium user, use /cracked, then Jartex will send Reset password instruction to your linked e-mail and you will be able to play on cracked launchers.
