Q and A Section
Description:
Add a Q and A section where there are threads that answers problems that people might have.
For example:
Thread title: Q: Someone is hacking, and I recorded them. How do I report them?
And then inside the thread, it should say something like this:
A: You can report them by submitting a player report here - (insert link). Here is the list for all offenses:
(insert information here).
There would be a lot of threads that users might find useful and answer their questions.

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
There is at least one thread every 1.5 weeks that is like: "I caught someone hacking on camera, how do I get them banned?. With this Q and A section, it will not only help save user's time by solving these threads, but also staff members, who get spammed with problems on their profile.
