Description:

Add punishment for Bullying and Grab IP links
1. Bullying someone or giving fake information about someone in forums will give you 2 punishment points for 2 months
2. Grabbing IP will give you permanently ban from forums​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

Make people good many people on forums annoy too much they will get punished because of it​

That's so stupid, anyone can give fake info and get punished for that. I disagree.

I mean, you can just ignore them right? It's common sense, also I agree with punishment.
