What is the suggestion about?
Punishing hackers through mass voting.
Description:
A command /votekick {name} should be implemented into the game to provide players a direct power to punish.
Idea: The system is simple. It requires votes for the player to be punished (different criteria for different gamemodes)
Working of the system:
1. Solo mode: 5 or above votes will lead to a kick
2. Doubles mode: 9 votes or above will lead to kick
3. Triples mode: 12 votes or above will lead to a kick
4. Quad mode: 9 votes or above will lead to a kick
5. The system runs for 10 mins and then counts the vote and works accordingly
Features:
1. /votekick system is not a public poll or something, it is private and your vote for the player is saved in the server. If you decide to use /votekick, the server will not show anything as if nothing has happened. A vote will expire after 10 mins in-game.
2. /votekick cannot be used for player out of the game. If a player using cheats in a particular game, you cannot use it if you are not participating in that game.
3. /votekick command cannot be used immediately after a game starts. It requires 4 min before you vote against for a player in a game
4. The command has a cooldown of 5 mins.
5. The reported player can see which player has decided to punish him. The message he will see: "{Username} has decided to vote against you for unfair means of playing"
6. A player cannot spam the command. A error message will occur saying- "you have already voted, please wait another x mins xx seconds to vote again" or "you have already voted against the player, your vote will expire in xx mins xx secs"
Safeguards to abuse of the system:
1. Player can use it to kick a legit player out of the game.
Solution: If a player is reported in game, he can use screenshots of the game chats to show that he's been kicked unfairly (since which user has reported him is shown to the player).
This is least likely to happen because of the massive amounts of vote needed to kick.
2. Player can rejoin the game after being kicked.
Solution: The system prevents any kind of rejoining.
3. Mass spamming and abuse of system
Solution: The system has a cooldown of 5 mins and 10 mins per player.

This can give players a power they can exercise over the unfair players and they can use it to ban them or kick them. It can help server a little to free it from unfair players as they cause a lot of time wastage, causes anger.
