pretty sure its a halloween cosmetic but i dont have it unlocked so i dont have any idea

I think it's a halloween cosmetic, I have not unlocked that too so I don't know.

It's a win effect that looks similar like party popper whereby pumpkins come down from head and when it touches the ground it becomes a pumpkin. I'll try recording it when I get on mc (not sure when tho).
